MY PERSONAL ARTIST STATEMENT I'm a self-taught artist and strongly believe that everyone is given the gift of creativity when we're born. We're all presented with different opportunities to develop our creativity (some more advantageous than others), and we use the gifts we're given in different ways. I find inspiration in nearly everything. I could not imagine having a life without creativity involved. Thank you so much, Marsha! I learned a lot about hibiscuses when I decided to find out the proper name for it! I had no idea there were so many varieties. This was one my husband planted & all he knew from the person he got it from, was "it was an old-fashioned" hibiscus. It's one of my favorites because the flowers are all so perfect! I don't think bugs like it :D
