MY PERSONAL ARTIST STATEMENT I'm a self-taught artist and strongly believe that everyone is given the gift of creativity when we're born. Thanks, DJ! This was an awe-inspiring place!!! I couldn't believe the magnitude of this.....miles of rugged landscape like this with steam coming up everywhere! It was unbelievable, like being on an alien planet & not knowing if it was going to erupt at any min.!!! The size of the craters was just mind boggling!
