MY PERSONAL ARTIST STATEMENT I'm a self-taught artist and strongly believe that everyone is given the gift of creativity when we're born. We're all presented with different opportunities to develop our creativity (some more advantageous than others), and we use the gifts we're given in different ways. I find inspiration in nearly everything. I could not imagine having a life without creativity involved. Drawing, painting, mixed media, photography, clay, lampwork (making glass beads), weaving, and beadwork are some of the classes & workshops I've taken to try & improve on the skills I do have. There is so much tragedy and uncertainty in the world today. Art is...

Thank you again, Sharon! I love doing this kind of thing, but it takes quite a bit of time. When I start, I get so engrossed, I don't want to stop :) I really appreciate what you wrote. Thanks!

Dear Trish, This is so extremely lovely that I find it difficult to express my admiration. I will list this is a favorite. Wish we could get together. Maybe, just perhaps we can when the weather is cooler & you feel like seeing me, your "old" friend. I simply love this image. It looks like a work done with paint on canvas. It does not look digital. Not that it matters...because I think of digital art in high regard. It is an art form that I respect and of course, admire.
