Artist's Description
Believe it or not, this began as a rather uninteresting photograph of a stream through a field! My sister said she couldn't understand how I got this out of the picture she saw. I'm not really sure, either. It just seemed to come from somewhere inside. I began manipulating the photograph and began to see shapes and went on to bring the shapes out into something more recognizable. The more I worked, the stronger the shapes became. When I finally finished, this is what I had. It was in color, but I changed it to black & white because it seemed to have more impact that way.
